Everything was handled with care. The staff were friendly and guided me through what I needed.
Waited for 3hrs for a phone service. Attempted to call back twice, got hanged-up both times. This is how they treat the sick!! One star is being generous, should be negative star!
I'm a disability support worker and made an appointment at 4pm for my client, it is now 12:45am and still nothing. I have called them several times and always get the "we will send a request to our doctor and get you an eta" not once have I gotten an eta and I'm still waiting!!!
