Waited for 3hrs for a phone service. Attempted to call back twice, got hanged-up both times. This is how they treat the sick!! One star is being generous, should be negative star!
I'm a disability support worker and made an appointment at 4pm for my client, it is now 12:45am and still nothing. I have called them several times and always get the "we will send a request to our doctor and get you an eta" not once have I gotten an eta and I'm still waiting!!!

Wasted time. Gave instruction for attendance for aging parent to be attended at home, requiring specific assistance and told them telehealth not suitable, they sent me a text saying it would be telehealth. Don't waste your time and money, may as well call Health Direct if you want tele help.
