Telehealth appointment. When the doctor called the entire conversation lasted 49 seconds, I said I suspected I have tonsillitis, among other symptoms. Instead of advice she said, I will text you a script and hung up. Zero care, didnt even have time to ask for a certificate for work.
Three stars as they are working on public holiday and the attendance of doctor to our house at night. However, the service line can’t provide an accurate doctor eta , I’ve called them few times and just repeat the same thing, saying will send a request to the doctor in order to call me for providing an eta but I’ve been waited from 2pm to 8pm.
