It’s a great concept and when it opened many years ago I sang its praises. The last few years, however whenever I needed it, there have been no appointments free and today, even though I got in early this time the answer was “we don’t have any doctors in your area tonight”. What a great service! These guys are fast to respond and I had a really great doctor. They made it all so easy to get a script. Would recommend!

Waited just under 4 hours from 4.30pm and rang to ask what was happening to be told that the Dr isn’t coming now and I could get a Phone Call if I wanted. Feel like I wouldn’t have been told or been offered a phone call if I didn’t ring. Very unhappy with the lack of communications. Ended up going to ED, which I would have done hours earlier if I had been told. Very unhappy

That was the most unprofessional medical appointment I have ever experienced. Dr had already made up their mind before id even finished telling them my symptoms. I ended having to cut them off and explain that I hadn't finished! When I went to hang up and said goodbye the Dr didn't even bother saying anything. So rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
