Would not use this service again. I phoned for a home visit & was told it would be a phone consult . That was fine. I had 3 options a 4 hour wait bulk billed or pay $100 for 30 minute return call or $80 for return call within 2 hours. I chose the $80. I advised the operator of my problem & what I thought the problem was. A doctor phoned me within an hour & asked one question "did I have a fever" & when I said no confirmed my diagnosis. It’s a great concept and when it opened many years ago I sang its praises. The last few years, however whenever I needed it, there have been no appointments free and today, even though I got in early this time the answer was “we don’t have any doctors in your area tonight”. I feel like it’s now more focussed on a less ideal telehealth practice. What a great service! These guys are fast to respond and I had a really great doctor. They made it all so easy to get a script. Would recommend!
