First off let’s say they make you feel welcomed, they make it feel as if you’re not in a dentist office so you don’t panic. Came in with major tooth pain and got all treatment options available!! Definitely worth coming here.
Shannon, the dental hygienist, is fabulous. She is careful and does a thorough job. Highly recommend her. Elizabeth and Dr. Diaz worked on an extraction and were extremely careful and explained what they were doing and why. They did a really good job and made me feel comfortable with a procedure I was dreading. Janae and Dr. Diaz did a great job on my extraction. They explained the procedure and aftercare very clearly. They did a professional work and I feel no pain.
Dr. Diaz is amazing and so are her staff! Hands down the best dentist I've ever seen! They have all been very kind! Elizabeth the assistant has always been so friendly with a smile on her face any time I've went to the office. Front desk are always so kind and helpful also!
Good experience
I came in to check on my wisdom teeth and my appointment was at 9:30am. They did not see me till 10am. They did not give me a lead vest or eye protection for the X-Rays. The girl who did my X-Rays wasn’t even wearing scrubs. The tools looked dirty and had water spots on them. When I started asking a bunch of questions their attitude immediately changed and they were so rude rolling their eyes at me. They quoted me 1600$$ worth of dental work??
