Awesome and friendly service. Unbeatable prices too
We were told the rear alignment could not be performed due to rust, yet we were going to be charged full price. After getting two additional opinions confirming there was no rust issue, I returned to the shop and they refunded the full amount. While I appreciate the refund, I would encourage customers to ask questions and request to see any claimed mechanical issues before agreeing to full charges. Make sure you understand what work is actually being performed.
Calls is the best place to bring your car. They are not only fast and reliable, but there are also less expensive than other places in town. On top of that it is a family owned business that deserves support. Never once have they tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I love them! Les Schwab has screwed up services before. I‘m more than happy Call‘s is in Rexburg!!! Shout out to the best place in town if your car needs fixing or maintenance!
