I would not recommend chosing this particular answering service for your business. They do not provide modern services such as booking and appointment services. The call center staff have no idea of pricing or general information on its operation. I asked to speak to the person in charge and was told rather abruptly that the office staff were unavailable to talk to, this mind you during normal business hours. I rang back three time that day and still was unable to obtain any information. I will happily search elsewhere.
