I tried to return shoes that too small on me and I only wore it at home also at the store before I bought them when I was like trying them on and they said I wore them outside which I did not and they refuse to do a exchange or return extremely disappointed, I will never shop from the store.
Terrible customer service, never coming back to this location
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Call It Spring. The staff seriously need proper customer service training. I was still browsing shoes, and the employee started putting them away — while I was clearly looking. She kept interrupting me asking if I needed a size, even though I was on the phone deciding. It felt rushed, rude, and uncomfortable. To make it worse, I ended up buying a display shoe that was clearly worn, and they didn’t even offer a discount.
