Super great experience today buying a white bag for a wedding. I didn't catch my salesperson's name, but she was awesome. She knows the store products really well and knew exactly what I was looking for. I think her name might have been Isabelle because that's what the receipt said. Hope I have that right. horrible service and horrible management. Didn’t help me or my friends
The staff is one of the most unwelcoming and cold in the mall. When I was asking about the price and shoe sizes I got the feeling that I was disturbing the staff even though there were no other customers.
Went in to buy shoes but the staff were very unwelcoming and unwilling to help. Ended up buying two pairs from SoftMoc across the store instead. Won’t return unless the customer service improves.
