I visited Call It Spring on Sunday, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Sanna. I accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor, and instead of worrying about the mess or the shelves getting dirty, her first reaction was to check if I was okay. That kindness really stood out to me. She quickly cleaned the area, asked for my shoe size, and continued helping me with such a positive and friendly attitude. Both times I’ve tried to get a shoe recently they have a shoe out on display, go to the back and then come back and say they don’t have a box for the shoe and it’s on “demo” but it can be ordered in. The associates also look like they’d had no idea that it was a “demo” shoe until they go to the back to look for it. Why can’t there be a sticker on the shoe notifying customers that it’s the last pair or needs to be back ordered? I phoned the store at least 5 times to check if a particular shoe size was available, and the phone was never answered. When I got to the store to complete my exchange, luckily the size I was looking for was available, however, person working there was on a personal call the entire time, despite other customers being in the store. I don’t think it’s entirely professional have your airpods in and taking personal calls like that.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, and I truly felt it was important to share this experience.We had just gone through a very difficult time, as my mom had attended her mother’s funeral the day before. The next day, we went into the store to find a pair of black shoes for her. My mom is older and has difficulty bending down, so trying on shoes was not easy for her.
