Both times I’ve tried to get a shoe recently they have a shoe out on display, go to the back and then come back and say they don’t have a box for the shoe and it’s on “demo” but it can be ordered in. The associates also look like they’d had no idea that it was a “demo” shoe until they go to the back to look for it. Why can’t there be a sticker on the shoe notifying customers that it’s the last pair or needs to be back ordered?
