The manager at this location is extremely rude. I was waiting in line and overheard her conversation with another woman and was honestly appalled at the way she spoke with this customer. The customer was being polite. Putting that aside I was treated with the same distain and horrible attitude once it was my turn at the cash. I dont know if this review will make any sense to their manager or the team but the customer service is so poor and disappointing I went to the store today at 6pm at Eaton centre. I asked for help and they all were ignoring me or either running away. I mean if they have applied for this job then the least they can do is to treat customer properly. I dont know on what basis people are getting hired!!
I was beyond pleased by the great customer service that my daughter had received while shopping at the Eaton Centre location. Shaunice made my daughter feel quite comfortable and not only did she take the time, but made sure that she found the right product. I bought a pair of sandles three days ago. I wore them for an hour and they tore up the back of my ankles. I realized I could not wear them and so attempted to bring them back. I brought them back to the purchase store and they denied me stating they could not return of worn. The women was super apologetic after seeing the backs of my ankles but only directed me to the customer service #. ordered final sale shoes online and then they sent me the wrong ones. I spoke on the phone to customer service and they said that I can go in store in either exchange or get the money back and then when I went in store to exchange, they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was final sale.
