there is a girl who works there but i don't know her name. She was in this morning on June 8,226 Anyways, this girl is very rude and visibly upset and angry. Had a great experience at this location! Good selection and friendly staff. Specifically, Erica was super helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect pair for an event I was attending! She went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. Great experience!
Minimal selection, seems like prices might be a bit pricey for the quality, decent sale items.
5 stars for Sarah (I think her name was!) because she was so sweet and kind in her interactions! Such a difference from her coworker who was on her phone, sending videos, and so dismissive and truly one of those interactions that ruins the whole mood. I think it would be beneficial for your staff to have some customer service training. Thoughtful communication and respectful gestures can go a long way in resolving issues smoothly. Being rude will not prove anything.
