Dear Den C, We are sorry for this situation. Are you sure it was Frank's that you had an appointment with? We have not been able to maintain our business for so many years by having dissatisfied customers or not returning phone calls. Please call the office so we can resolve this.
Set up an appointment a week in advance and took off work and confirmed with Frank's and still no one showed up for my scheduled coil cleaning. Did not even receive a phone call to let me know. It almost 2017 and some companies just do not care about customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
top notch service girl over the phone gave us a quote but explained we may need parts very up front about cost, tech came out explained what we needed gave us a price and asked us for permission to do work not like other mechanics who do the work and then give you a surprise bill great experience and hot water. Thanks Franks it was a pleasure
