Company was great and the owner and plumber “Kenny” were great and are great people. They do fantastic work and I sure do miss having them around. Would highly recommend them in a heart beat!!
Racist, horrible people, and a truly horrible company to deal with. The owner and other employee Kenny made my life a living hell. Screamed at customers constantly, broke property as well as were horrible to customers but more so horrible there were multiple accounts were they justified the N word. Would stay far away from Him Crowley and Kenny Rice
My husband and I had just moved into our new home and noticed the hot water heater leaking. I panicked and called the number on the heater. Jim picked up and walked me through how to turn off the valve, etc. Within a couple of hours Jim was over my house replacing the heater and we had hot water that night! I was so impressed with the quick customer service. And my dog was also impressed with the treats Jim brought for him! :)
Shower busted Sunday AM, had to go to work, Crowley plumbing fixed my shower in no time, actually answered the phone and came over on a Sunday evening, price more than fair, THANK YOU CROWLEY PLUMBING!!!!
Beware this man is not flexible or easy to schedule an appointment with - terribly difficult complaining about his “busy” schedule. I tried to get a 20/30 minute call ahead and he claimed he wasn’t my secretary. Needless to say I did not schedule anything with this rude man.
