After 6 hours of being stranded and dealing with AAA they finally decided to call a local towing company (Christoper Wrecker Service). Within 5 minutes of receiving a call from AAA I was contacted by Chris himself. He asked all the necessary questions and got one of his guys to me within 30 minutes. Chris was so personable and helpful. From start to finish he kept in contact and made sure I was taken care of. I am so incredibly grateful for Call Christopher Wrecker Service!!! On February 18th, I was car completely stopped working late at night in Jackson, AL after an absolute mess of a roadside assistance situation. I paid over $300 upfront when the incident initially unfolded, and waited nearly three hours with no confirmed tow, no clear updates, and no idea what was actually happening. It was late.
