We’ve been using this business for several years, and they always get the job done! Most recently, Chuck came out to help with an issue that ended up being more complicated than expected — but he handled it quickly and thoroughly. As a longtime KB local, his knowledge of the community and older apt buildings (ours was built in the '70s) is such an asset. Pamela, who manages the office, was absolutely wonderful. I’m here to say all the negative reviews are ACCURATE (I actually question if the positive reviews are actual customers that don’t have personal connections). I had the same experience as the person who said they were hung up on after telling them to get a new plumber. Well, I did just that after I was given the same advice from Charles. It was actually the best advice he had given me.
