We have used call1 for a couple of home renovation projects and he did an OK job but he business growing has given him a big ego now you cant get him on the phone or get an estimate if you not spending over $10,000 so be aware that he only does big jobs.
Reached out to inquire about services and was promptly told they were "too busy" to schedule something. Was told if my job required "multiple days" of work they would consider it. Perhaps treat new clients with respect moving forward.
Had a truck crash into my house/garage. Paul was available on very short notice, came out and stabilized the structure within a few hours, and he and Nathan returned the following day and repaired everything back to new again. Excellent workmanship, and not an easy job considering they didn’t know where stuff was to begin with. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. So much for attempting to support a local business during a pandemic. Maybe treat potential new customers with respect? Wouldn’t hire these guys if my life depended on it.
