Laura is fantastic! I saw her from 3 weeks PP to 16 weeks PP. She helped me get strong and feel supported after my second pregnancy and diastasis recti. I will definitely go back and highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about her clients.
I recently attended a prenatal class Laura hosted and I had a wonderful experience! Laura is such a ray of light and wealth of knowledge. She gave out great information without it feeling too heavy or overwhelming, provided direct answers to questions that came up in the class, and connected well with the participants. I truly believe everyone left the class more educated on caring for their pregnant bodies. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Laura! She was amazing. She takes her time to be very informative and listens to the issues you are dealing with. She is very caring and does her best to make you feel comfortable talking about topics that can be uncomfortable to discuss. She works with you schedule and helps make the treatment plan best for you and your needs! I am so grateful for the progress she helped me achieve as well as the tools she has given me to take and use in the future!
