Look at their Better Business Bureau reviews, they are awful. For nearly a week I have tried to engage the Sales Team at Blaise Alexander Subaru of Lewistown regarding a vehicle that has been for sale 146 days (100 days on their lot). I have explained to them that I deal with anxiety trying to do business over the phone, especially car sales. I just have a few basic questions to ask before I drive 4.5 hours to come see the car. I don't know much about them other than some of their mechanics aren't even 6th grade graduates. That's the problem. The car in question isn't a Subaru.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Personable and knowledgable sales staff, combined with a simple and straightforward negotiation process. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years and wouldn't consider working with any other dealer in the area.
