I’ve lived here for over a year. Robin has been excellent and very helpful, no complaints. Unfortunately, upper management has been disappointing. They rarely provide adequate notice for maintenance or construction inside the townhome and seem to schedule based on their own needs rather than coordinating with residents for non-urgent work. Another ongoing issue is the $195 monthly “amenity fee,” which covers Gigstreem internet and landscaping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A Great Start with Room for Growth — Thanks to Manny! We recently moved at Caliza and while we’re very happy overall, the move-in wasn’t without challenges. The unit wasn't fully ready, and there were quite a few maintenance issues on day one. It took several service tickets to get things up to standard, and that shouldn’t have been the case for a property of this caliber. What saved the experience? Manny.
