The laser technician is a massive Karen. I had questions about the procedure that she didn’t answer. Her demeanor was very poor and standoffish.

I got my booster covid shot on a Thursday a couple of weeks ago and I had a Friday appt with ***************** and ************* I started to get a fever about an hour before my appt. so I thought I better cancel. They were very rude to me and said they were going to charge me $50.00. Let me start by, this place can be super extremely racist. I am a woman of color and I was treated with little respect the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist is a short haired blond woman who just looks at you and if you get lucky, she will greet you. I am so disappointed with both of my services. As a medical professional I was extremely upset with how I was treated. I have been getting a full back tattoo removed at Calista and I've got to say Laura is AMAZING! She is quick, efficient, kind, and funny! The laser technology is fabulous and everyone that has seen the progress is quick to compliment her! Everyone at Calista is so friendly, they are almost like family now! I moved out of state and fly back to DFW for my tattoo removal appointments! I would HIGHLY recommend Calista for tattoo removal or any of their skin care services, they are TRULY AMAZING!!!!
Bought 3 Microderms for only $129 and was beyond happy. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and they're very funny! Have had 2 great visits there and plan on sending all my friends and family there!
