The best caterer in Chicago by far We had an event at Gallery 1028 and Pam Swisher couldn't have been nicer! She is an event planner who really made us feel taken care of and that she wanted what was in our best interest. We talked to several caterers while planning the event and unfortunately found Calihan last when if it had been first we wouldn't have had to look anymore.The food was so delicious and the presentation was fantastic.
