it's a ok place but they have shitty security that only drives around at night or when he wants too he is a current home owner here and he tends do just drive around and not actually check around. he gets paid about 12$ per home that they have here and yes we pay for the service the park doesn't. if he actually did his job my truck would still be here but sadly he didn't really do anything that day aswell as the park owners at the time didn't really care all they said is we are sorry about it. BUYERS BEWARE 🎈🎈🎈🎈 3 years of power outages , 2 deaths and raised the rent yearly. That's what its like doing business with Jim and his thug organization. Can't wait til arrests are made in this company. Dude was under investigation by the states attorneys office and one of his real estate agents lost her license and now he's moved onto taking lives of innocent people both in and out of his park .
