The whole interaction was smooth, pleasant and very fast, it took only 2 hours from the phone call until the AC was back running cold. He was very friendly and told me everything what caused the problem and future fixes. I highly recommend!

They are very unreliable and never meet their appointments. 3 separate times I have needed their service and just flat out miss the appointment. No call back no rescheduling just truly unprofessional.
We called Urgent AC to repair our Furnace in a rental property that my dad owns out in Palmdale, CA They came out the next day and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our tenants were very happy with their service and to have their heater working again. We definitely recommend Urgent AC to anyone.
I called and Juan came out to look at our HVAC/furnace within 2 hrs. He explained everything in great detail and had our heating system working perfectly.
