Buyer Beware! I’m usually very cautious and do not fall for sales pitches or salespeople; however, Dimone caught me off guard and I was under duress. I was doing 4 things at a time and was distracted while trying to establish service. I should’ve followed my gut and left. I filed formal complaints with California Public Utilities Commission and Verizon Customer Service. Demon is a liar he sold us a plan & we’ve been charged double for the account ! Verizon said they are selling FALSE plans to accumulate commissions I’ll be by soon to fix this !!!!
