Robert was great. There was technical difficulties but he resolved them by calling Verizon and fixing them. Great customer service

Great service . They got me a new ohone and trasfer all data. Recommed you see Katia or Augusto
New phone was easy enough to get. Store sales person stated they needed to activate the phone, proceeded to open it and do so, without asking if I needed them to. When questioned on the price they stated buying in store was. “Just more expensive.”. They did not provide a receipt for the sale. I called back after realizing I didn’t get one, then drove back to the store to get a physical receipt. Turns out they charge a $40 setup fee, which wasn’t stated/offered. $40 is not a big deal but trying to hide a fee is poor business.... read more
