I came here about a year ago to get a lift kit installed that costed me almost 5k DJ the ( Owner) quoted me $1500 to install it take in accountably he was only charging labor and alignment I didn’t think much of it I thought it was a good deal it was a lot of work and it was the only reputable shop I could find around me what I didn’t know is that DJ ( Owner) doesn’t know what he is installing on ANY CAR he needs to go to school before he touches any other car !!! he is only Money driven on DOESNT CARE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS SAFE... read more
Lied about price, didnt complete, tried to keep new parts the didnt put on... dont waist your time
*Warning: Avoid California Wheels and Tires at All Costs!* I'm writing this review to warn others about the appalling experience I had with California Wheels and Tires, specifically with the owner, DJ. This guy is dishonest, money-hungry, and shows zero regard for his customers' safety. I had a lift installed on my truck, but DJ maxed it out beyond safe specifications, breaking my shocks and axles. The owner doesn't care about customers at all. He literally said " if its not about the money, I dont care about it". I would give a zero if I could. I called the day prior to install my rims and tires I bought from there to make sure they had everything I needed. They advised "no problem, come down". I get there the following day and they didn't have parts I asked about the day prior. Then advised me to come back the following day. I said I live a hr away and was misinformed. The owner could care less. No customer service!
I had frustrating experience. I paid for a four-tire alignment but only the front tires were done. Now I need to go elsewhere to get the rear tires aligned. Consider.
