Terrible experience
Discovered a plumbing code violation in our newly built home. Cal West refuses to correct it even though the building inspector identifies it as a violation in writing. One would expect more from a company that touts itself as a high quality builder who claims that if a problem is found will take measures to make it right. Our experience is just the opposite. worst home purchase experience ever
Worst home purchase experience I have ever had! Would never recommend you to anyone! I sent a long email expressing my displeasure with the process and they didn’t even bother to call me back or follow up. All they care about is the next sale once you are under contract! Will be filing a complaint with the state, better business bureau, and any agency that holds this company accountable!
