I recently took a two-hour roll clinic and a two-day Whitewater Kayaking 1 clinic with California Watersport Collective, and it was a great experience. The whole team was wonderful to work with. Davide provides first class instruction on river SUPing. His presentations are very clear, his answers to questions are right on, and he will take you from whatever skills you have to a higher level. The class moves along right on schedule. He is a great instructor and fun to be with.

The class was a great intro to the sport. After a brief safety overview, the class was all hands-on, in the river, in a kayak. Fun group of instructors and others in the course. I intend to take future classes with Cali Collective.

aaron and melissa are amazing instructors who meet you where you are and teach a blend of safety/rescue, technical skills, and hydraulics/river reading. they have built a wonderfully inclusive, skilled, and adventurous river community in Lotus that I know we'll come back to!
