Worst service in the area. I lived in the rural area. When i had their service. They ddidnt provide a bin for a compost {grass} bin. When called them they said they dont have it. Only trash, and recyled bins. But they charged full service. What a scammed. I canceled my service and now i bring the trash to the landfill cost me $29 for a full size pickup. Their services are bad but the customer services are very polite. I give 5 stars for their customer service. Thank you!

Cal-Waste in Galt has many issues. In the past the garbage man did not pickup my garbage and when I emailed them about it I was accused of not putting it out (which it was) and it was full. They would not come back and collect my garbage until the next week. Leaving me with bags of trash I had to keep around for the week. When Cal-Waste emails bills to their clients they email a heading such as "Billing Information for Account 03-12243 5" and an attachment with only the body of the email saying, "Attached is your most recent... read more

Worst sponsor. Two hours left of the faire and they wouldn't honor service dogs. Legally issued for seizures and panic attacks. Did not want to keep their wolf dogs contained. It wouldn't have mattered if it was seeing eye dog or not. Do not bring your service animals or handicapped individuals.
