this is an epic mobile home park!
Very nice place to be. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. People wave to each other and say hi. Ive never witnessed any issues at all. It's quite peaceful and everyone seems to look out for one another. It's the kind of place you can leave packages outside of your door and not worry that somebody will steal it. Which is rare nowadays. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is just because the potholes throughout the park which is fixable and if you're here long enough you learn how to go around them quickly.
If you are looking for a quiet place to live don't waste your time looking to live here. Noise ordinance 7 am - 10 pm and nothing can be done about it your neighbor is allowed to blast music till it rattles your windows and your headaches. The landlord the noise disturbance. If you tell him he tells you , you're a complainer and to SHUT UP.
