I am grateful Every day for them. They are AMAZing. Shawna that does the ultrasound if absolutely fantastic like everyone else in the office. And Dr. Maldonado is a life saver. Thank All of You for healing me.
Dr. Jeffery Brooks is an outstanding physician who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout your visit. His professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate approach really stand out. The office staff is also friendly and efficient, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive doctor.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Nelson Maldonado was very disappointing. He showed little to no concern for my health or situation. Communication was almost nonexistent — he barely spoke during my first visit, which lasted about two minutes. It felt rushed and dismissive, as if I was just another number. Worse, during the follow-up visit, Dr. Maldonado did not even complete the necessary notes to proceed with a referral, yet my insurance was still charged for the visit. Dr. Brooks is the most knowledgeable and exacting physician for all the problems I had with the veins in my feet and lower legs. I have just completed my third round of sclerotherapy for my unsightly veins in those areas. The procedure is painless and he is a master of all his education and practice.
