Excellent experience
I am a long-time patient and just want to share my pleasure and appreciation of working with Xavier Gomez, New Patient Coordinator, for the California Urology Group in Clovis, California. This young man was extremely helpful today making sure I was able to keep my appointment, even though I was late checking in. The office staff and specifically Dr Hamid are very bad do not book with this Dr because you will never see him And when you do have to book with him for a procedure the staff will call you the hour before to let you know there has been a confusion and Dr will not be in today! Are kidding me you didn’t see that appt the day before! Too bad google doesn’t allow negative stars, not that the office cares but I had to take work off today to bring my Mother to this appointment
