Multiple calls with no answer, no way to set up appointment. Just go to a different office at this point. Spent weeks trying to make an appointment with no success.
As happy as I've been over the past year with the office, I have to say it sucks when they treat an existing client like they don't matter. I get that doctors/ nurse practitioners don't know their vacation plans 6 months in advance (like I'm supposed to), but to not only reschedule an appointment once for an impromptu vacation, but decide the day before the rescheduled appointment that you might as well take another day while you're there & then come back to find an over filled schedule so you push the appointment back anoth... read more
They never answer nor return your calls. You have to physically GO IN! To make an appointment.
It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, we have been calling 20+ times a day for months and no one ever answers. It was easy to make an appointment earlier this year but now that we need test results, it is absolutely impossible. We have been waiting on test results for over a month. They should be calling patients with the results, not making patients call 100s of times with still no answer. We even went to the office IN PERSON and the office manager was "out of office" we left information for them to pass along... read more
I had a procedure done at California Urology and have been completely in the dark ever since. No one has communicated the results to me—no calls, no follow-ups, nothing. I’ve called multiple times and can never get a real person on the phone. Every call goes to voicemail, and not a single one of my messages has been returned.
