Dr had his boots on the ground and was nice was to the point and gave helpful tips moving forward I was in and out visit was only 45mins to a hr nothing more ..

this is the worst urgent care i have ever been to. it’s always such a long wait, and then the doctor (name shown in photo) comes in and rushes everything and doesn’t let you really speak. i understand wait times are typical for these things, but if i’m waiting this long then i’d like to be listened to and actually helped instead of rushed when its my turn. this has happened more than once to me there. the first time i came in for something and i waited almost 3 hours, she comes in and doesn’t even shut the door and stands in... read more
I feel iffy about this place. Around covid, I never had problems coming here. The staff was nice, the time from walking in to walking out wasn’t so long, & I had great experiences that made me want to come back. I came here couple weeks ago due to feeling sick, so they swabbed me for flu, Covid, & strep. The only time I saw the doctor was when she came in to tell me the results were negative & then to go home.
