Great service.
First off, the customer service here is stellar. I was greeted just after closing time in the yard, all my questions were answered thoroughly, precisely and quickly. Walked inside, had a deal done in less than 60 seconds. Second and most important thing, the quality of the trailer is so above and beyond anything else I looked at. No mesh, 1-1/2” angle iron, 12” tire junk here. Do yourself a favor and do not pass this place up! Awesome trailer at about the same price as the cheaply built competition.
Is this place still open?
Worst place ever. I purchased a trailer and was going to pick it up on the weekend and the trailer is had paid for in full was stolen off there lot 2 days later. They did not call me I was notified by the police. This is still under investigation, and I had to file a dispute with my credit card since they were not helping me at all they just kept telling me to talk to the police which is no help either.
I bought an enclosed trailer from here around 4 months ago and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend California trailers to anyone wanting to buy a trailer.
