One of the worse experiences I have had with a company in a long time! I HATE BEING LIED TO! My wife and I took their defensive driving course to get an auto insurance discount. Their course description said it was a 6 hour course with no final exam. (I hate finals!) After paying for the course and getting ready to start I noticed it said the course is 8 hours and a final exam at the end. Wish I would've taken the points and paid the ticket. Website is frustrating. Was a recommended course on reddit. The timer freezes and starts over a lot. Tried to login from their page and it doesn't recognize me. I have to log in from the email. I contact ted their 24/7 customer service for help and no one responded. Avoid this company.
Easy, entertaining, well priced!
The IMPROV program was very thorough and complete. It left very little out of the normal driving experience and it covered all of the conditions that one would run across while driving. I have been driving for years but there are always things to learn and reminders that we should never forget while driving and they are in this program.
