The oldest gentlemen there not sure if he’s the owner. For starters learn how to have customers service I entered the place and greeted them and just looked at me with a blank stare. there wasn’t anybody in the lobby except for some lady on her phone so that wasn’t an excuse to not greet someone back. Before I even went to the place I had called and I spoke to a young gentleman told him that I had ( drilled and slotted rotors ) and I wanted to get them resurfaced and I asked if they were able to do them?.
