I have a classic Oldsmobile and needed a top of the line alarm system. Jose at Concord location on Market Street is the MAN ! Very patient and through in every aspect. He walked me through everything asked me what I wanted and explained the price packages. They did a TOP NOTCH job with my car. Paid upfront for tinting and PPF work. I dropped off the car in the morning, and they informed me at the end of business hours that they did not have the required PPF and had to order it; therefore, it would not be done that day. I said that's fine and asked them to call when it arrived. They informed me it should be delivered within a week. More than two weeks passed, and I tried calling several times without a response. Nice clean shop, helpful workers, quick service. Called in Afternoon and had appointment next morning. Done by noon. Tinted glass roof and rear window and side windows. Very knowledgeable.
Great service and the guys made my hood look like new with a masterful wrap job. Highly recommended!!
