I wish that I had done more research before hiring Matt. He was very convincing when I initially met with him, even offering roof replacement on my house for half what other contractors were asking for. I was taken aback when he asked for a $1000 security deposit plus half of the repair money upfront ($10,000), but decided to trust him (big mistake!). This company is NOT phenomenal. Shoddy business practices.. Does not follow state guidelines for contract amount...wanted 50% up front rather than the standard 10% or $1000.00. Beware!!!!
THIS COMPANY IS PHENOMENAL! I contacted CTRR to come out and refinish the roof of my 2300 sqft ranch home in Penngrove and iIcouldnt be more thrilled, no, BLOWN AWAY by the work they have done. My roof looks BRAND NEW! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for any tile roof jobs you may have! A+++++
I love this company. They have done multiple investment properties for me. I love the fact that the restoration appraises as a new roof for only a fraction of the price. Matt is great and responds to any of my questions and concerns quickly. They did a great job, the guys cleaned everything up after the job, and I saved a lot of money. I would definitely recommend this company!
California Tile Roof Restoration did a great job restoring our tile roof like new. Matt was very quick in contacting us back when we had any questions about the estimate and the restoration process. Matt and the roofing team were great to work with and we had a great experience! We'd definitely recommend to others!
