Not very polite – While we were shopping for tile, the salesman (proprietor?) at this store was not very polite. However, we bought product from them because they were located in Burbank and our contractor, who buys product from them often, said that we could always return the product we did not open/use and pay a restocking fee (which was bad advice). Great customer service – The staff here is always so helpful. I have been searching for months for the perfect tile for my kitchen and they are always willing to give me samples to take home and see if they work or not. Plus they have cut stuff for me free of charge.
