Scott was very kind and seemingly knowledgeable when we spoke over the telephone for the first time but then he kept ignoring my calls when I attempted to follow up. Texting that he would call and never calling back. Then I called him from a different number and he answered and was quite curt towards me. Asking me why I hadn’t sent him the documents when he had never even asked me to send them in the first place. and then trying to blame me when I simply didn’t understand his legal jargon when we initially spoke. Run away don’t walk! Scott Hullinger is negligent, belligerent when you catch him in his lies and attempted to extort a triple fee after he completely screwed up. A formal complaint to the California Bar and a lot more in store for this clown. Run away!
