Disappointed with Representation – Would Not Recommend I hired attorney Rowland Dinkins for two separate speeding tickets, hoping for strong legal representation and a better outcome than I could achieve on my own. Scott was very kind and seemingly knowledgeable when we spoke over the telephone for the first time but then he kept ignoring my calls when I attempted to follow up. Texting that he would call and never calling back. Then I called him from a different number and he answered and was quite curt towards me.
