Very clean space. You meet with a physical therapist the first time and after that you are with aid’s. 3x I showed up for an appointment and they didn’t have me scheduled. Kristi was really good but she is also busy talking to everyone in there trying to help them. Would not recommend

This review is strictly for the billing department / Bree Ashurt, head of the billing department. FUTURE AND FORMER PATIENTS BEWARE!!!! Before this year, I had no bad things to say about California Therapy Solutions. I frequented the Irvine location two years ago when I had knee surgery and was able to receive the care I needed through wonderful physical therapists and their assistants. Today is my first experience with California Therapy Solutions for issues with both of my ankles. Thanks to Kristin and Nathan for their professionalism and courtesy to new patient. I was provided with instructions for multiple exercises to help with my problem. The little leg and foot massage given by Kristin did also help. I totally recommend this place.
