The review before me from Michael is inaccurate. No shop is required to check a car's computer or do a visual. That's called a pretest. And guess what shops charge you for that. No one works for free. I highly doubt he's telling the truth. Call the bar office in riverside they will tell you that smog stations are under no obligation to do a free pretest for consumers. I've came to Franciscos shop plenty of times and he is a wonderful human being who only tries to help customers. He knows how to relay information to us people... read more
I come into this shop to get my vehicle Smogged my vehicle has high mileage.The smog guy then asked me if my catalytic converters are original considering my mileage i told "him I have no idea". He didnt even bother looking considering his considern about my cats. He then hooks my car up to the machine so I have to pay and then decides to look at my catalytic converter afterwards he ran it and then tell me I have the wrong catalytic converters and it failed. Rude as can be. Its been twice that I try and attempt to get my van get a smog and he is beyond rude.Do not recommend!!
