We called to verify they would service our equipment, and they said yes and it would take 5 to 7 days. When we called a week later to check on it, they said they mailed it to another company because they don't service our brand of equipment. Then over a month later when we went to pick it up and paid for the service at the store, they sent a bill to another branch of our company causing a lot confusion and frustration and a lot of unnecessary phone calls and emails from a lot of employees that should have had no involvement.

This company is phenomenal for your plotter paper and ink requests and service. Free shipping on all orders or pick up in store and they have the order ready and load it in the car! Any issues are eagerly addressed and are resolved quickly, efficiently and explained thoroughly. Their priority is customer satisfaction, and it shows. Visitors are greeted with warm positive worker's, free soda and popcorn while you wait? What other companies do that? NO ONE, but this one right here. California surveying and drafting supply is not what it use to be before new ownership took over! I would strongly recommend purchasing from staples instead if you’re are in need of any printers. I ordered, my ink and printer print head for up design jet t3500 about 3.5 weeks about and company still could resolve why only half my order showed up. In addition to that, they have fraud my credit card multiple times since I purchased the ink and print head, charging my card without permission. ($714.90, them $143.60, and $$144.6... read more
