Nice salons, friendly staff, horrible customer service from corporate office – Beware of California Sun Centers! They do not give refunds or exchanges for any reason, even when the manufacturer which they represent wants them to facilitate an exchange. In my case the manufacturer also wanted to insure that no additional customers were harmed by their product. Yet coroporate officers at California Sun Center refused to return their phone calls.
