I have been a member many years paying for the premimium package including every machine. Today I visited to find out the Red light/infrared is not included!!!! This is ridiculious. It use to be!
I’ve had my membership a long time. There always seems to be an issue and they have to call customer service. It’s extremely frustrating. The tanning itself is fine.
