Poor organization and customer service. Specifically came in for red light, it was busy, went to kill time while red light was busy, went into pemf, was put in queue for red light. Came out early from pemf and was taken again. Irritating. What’s the point of the queue when you know I’m coming out for that specific thing. Left not using any other services. On top of that it was freezing in there. Vent directly blowing down on the pemf bed. Not comfortable at all.
Sarah helped me with my new membership and taught me all about the services and products they offer. Such a great experience 😀
