RecommendedGreat experience w CSC! My technician Blake was professional, knowledgeable, provided some great education, called when he was on his way, and did a fantastic job on making my carports look great. In addition, they were very affordable and reasonably priced. Fully recommend.
They simply get things cleaner than other services.
Hired them to clean our gutters. Nice guy showed up with a ladder and no gloves. $450 for two hours work. I’m the idiot for accepting the quote.

Pedro and his staff are awesome. Most people dont know that they dont just steam clean carpets. They are well versed in all types of restoration actually. Tile grout cleaning, all the way to mold and water mitigation. I've trusted them professionally, and in my own property on several occasions. I rarely review businesses. I felt the need to share here after working with CSC for quite a while.
BEWARE!!! We were originally referred to California Steam Clean by our Realestate agent. They told us that Allan Cheifo was the go to guy but Instead we were sent a guy named Pedro for the estimate on our new dream home in Occidental. We were quoted more than the average going rate but were told that they were fast and did quality work, which we were willing to pay for. A couple days later and they began work. But not accusing people of crimes with no evidence. This business is how I put food on my family's table and provide a living wage for many employees to do the same.
