Is a scam, you pay to park at this university and they still give you a ticket. Even after you have hard proof of the time the parking pass was bought. They require you to pay for the ticket before you can appeal it and of course the school finds you at fault. There are large water bugs every where on this campus. Huge roaches in the gyms, hallways, bathrooms, even the locker rooms. I would never step foot on this campus again. Not even for a full ride for education. Shame!
