Takes staff MONTHS to take any action on important matters. Have had to email several different departments numerous times to get a number changed on my student account, despite being reassured that it would be resolved soon. I have had to keep asking for updates--it has been nearly 5 months with no resolution. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and efficiency.
