RecommendedMy family of 6 trekked the RV up to the mine this last summer in July. It was hot but so much fun! My kids, ranging in age from 4-14, loved it. We made some great finds too!
I was there in June. LOVED IT! So fun looking for benitoite. The owners were super nice. Their funny dogs were great too. The scenery driving to the fee dig is spectacular. Great place. You will be covered in dust by the end of the day and will have had the best time. Can't wait to go back.
A lot of fun if your looking to find some gems. Staff is very nice and helpful in helping you identify your finds.
