Nick came out on a Saturday to fix a leak in our hot tub, a few months past warranty, and honoured the warranty anyway. The whole team has been like this. Over the past year multiple staff have helped me sort out my water chemistry and pick the right chemicals. They are all supportive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
I order a horrible from these people and they were 2 weeks later than the promised delivery date AND all the parts were not there 7 more promises for parts delivery and still no parts All talk no action
Very disappointing experience dealing with Robert and his businesses, including California Spa & Leisure, ZUQAquatics, Pure Löyly, and National Spa & Leisure. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process, with long delays in responses and inconsistent information. We repeatedly tried to get clear answers and resolve the situation directly, but communication remained difficult and the issue dragged on far longer than it should have. Robert promised to deliver a sauna. 4 months have passed, no sauna, no refund. Avoid!!!!!!
Anybody else had the over promise under deliver service from this company. Waiting for an accessory they promised at no charge due to a sauna install delay. It’s been 4-5 months and nothing! Robert talks the talk but does not deliver or follow thru on his promises. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!
