Over the last month I’ve had a few small issues with my hot tub. Nick came out 3 different times for 3 different issues (twice on Saturdays) and quickly fixed up each issue. He is a rock star!! If you have a problem with your hot tub, this is the company to call!!!!
We purchased a spa in August. We had our covered Pergola ready to go. This is our 3rd spa so we knew what we wanted, although it had been a few years since our last spa. Rob spent the time we required to bring us up to speed. We didn't spend a lot of time however we reviewed offerings from several competitors and big box stores. PHENOMENAL sales and service! I have so many good things to say about this business! The staff truly deeply care about their products and most importantly their customers!! They go absolutely above and beyond to help their customers! They are a one stop shop for everything you need for your backyard oasis! Robert and his team were extremely helpful in the whole process from decision making, through planning and setup. Being a previous inground pool owner, i was suprised to need soo much after sale support but again, Robert was super helpful and I am enjoying my year round swim spa. I defnitely recomend California Spas & Leisure for all your Swim Spa needs.
