Anybody else had the over promise under deliver service from this company. Waiting for an accessory they promised at no charge due to a sauna install delay. It’s been 4-5 months and nothing! Robert talks the talk but does not deliver or follow thru on his promises. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!
The Cal Sauna Solara 2-2 is a very high quality and relaxing sauna! The employees who delivered the sauna were very professional and quick to complete the installation. Thank you Robert Sampson (President) for providing such a wonderful prize to FM 98.5 CKWR!

What a great team. Looked at a sauna on Saturday. Quoted and excepted Monday. Delivered and installed wednesday morning. Nick and Percy were outstanding installing in the heat and humidity. Easy peasy. Looking forward to our first sauna tonight.
